About Me
Hi, I’m Brittany!
I’m a credentialed Registered Dietitian located in Dallas, Texas originally from Long Island, New York. Ever since taking my intro to nutrition elective course in my freshman year of college, I have made it my goal to help others realize a balanced, nutritious diet is attainable for all and truly our best medicine.
I have spent my career as a licensed healthcare professional helping others navigate what they can eat to help them feel their best. After completing my dietetic internship which provided me with 2,000 supervised hours of hands-on experience, I passed my boards and started working within the healthcare field right away. My 5+ years of working in hospital systems has enriched my knowledge of different disease states and has shown me the benefits of addressing health care problems with evidenced-based recommendations. My most recent role has shifted me into the wellness world as a health coach. As a health coach, I help individuals meet their nutrition, sleep and fitness goals along with assisting with stress management and smoking cessation.
Whether you are just looking to improve your diet or are looking for help navigating a specific disease, let me help you through all the crazy fad diets and Tiktok trends to establish a diet you feel happy and satisfied with.
